These terms govern use of the CheckingThings public search experience and authorized business portal.
Public users
Public search is available without registration or login. It may be used to search for and access published transportation information, operator details, and other business information provided by the platform.
Business operators
Business Dashboard access is for registered business operators authorized to act on behalf of their businesses. Operators are responsible for protecting credentials and providing accurate, complete, and current business information.
Verification and content
Business operators agree to cooperate with verification and understand that public verified status depends on completing that workflow. Submitted profiles, fares, schedules, and descriptions must not be misleading, false, or infringe third-party rights.
Service boundaries
CheckingThings provides information as-is and subject to change. The platform does not warrant that information is complete, reliable, or accurate at every moment, and inclusion of a business does not imply endorsement.
Acceptable use
Users must not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, transmit harmful code, or scrape or crawl the service without written permission.
