Public search is available without registration or login. It may be used to search for and access published transportation information, operator details, and other business information provided by the platform.
Business operators
Business Dashboard access is for registered business operators authorized to act on behalf of their businesses. Operators are responsible for protecting credentials and providing accurate, complete, and current business information.
Mobility drivers
Mobility driver access is for individuals who are authorized to use the Mobility service and who meet the applicable onboarding, identity, vehicle, and verification requirements. Drivers are responsible for maintaining accurate profile, vehicle, service-area, availability, and pricing information, complying with applicable laws, and protecting their account credentials. Mobility information is provided to help users understand available transportation options and does not guarantee a ride, driver availability, fare, or service outcome.
Verification and content
Business operators and Mobility drivers agree to cooperate with verification and understand that public verified status depends on completing the applicable workflow. Submitted profiles, fares, schedules, vehicle details, service areas, availability, and descriptions must not be misleading, false, or infringe third-party rights.
Service boundaries
CheckingThings provides information as-is and subject to change. The platform does not warrant that information is complete, reliable, or accurate at every moment, and inclusion of a business, driver, vehicle, route, or service does not imply endorsement. CheckingThings does not guarantee transportation availability, booking, dispatch, pricing, safety, or performance unless expressly stated for a specific feature.
Acceptable use
Users must not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, transmit harmful code, or scrape or crawl the service without written permission. Users must not misuse Mobility information, impersonate a driver or business, submit fraudulent verification materials, or use the platform to harass, threaten, or endanger others.
