We may collect business operator details, business information, verification documents, login credentials as hashed passwords, communications, anonymized public-search usage data, pages viewed, device information, session information, and analytics data.
Mobility information
For Mobility, we may collect driver profile details, vehicle information, vehicle media, verification records, service areas, availability, pricing, operational updates, and communications needed to support Mobility services. We use this information to support driver onboarding, trust and performance information, service-area presentation, and operational review.
How we use information
We use information to operate public search, Mobility features, and the Business Dashboard, support business and driver verification, improve the platform, communicate with users, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and perform aggregated analytics.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers operating on our behalf, when consent is provided, when legally required, in a business transfer, or in aggregated and anonymized form. Public Mobility profiles and operational information are displayed only as supported by the platform's applicable workflows and visibility rules.
Data retention and rights
Information is retained as necessary for the purposes described in the policy and applicable requirements. Depending on jurisdiction, people may request access, correction, deletion, objection, or portability.
Security and changes
CheckingThings uses appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, while recognizing that no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Policy changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
